Here are my real numbers, before you ever talk to me.
Monthly bookkeeping at Copper Sage CPA starts at $397, $697 or $1,197 a month. That base price adjusts to how many transactions and accounts your business has, how much help you want understanding your numbers, and any add-ons you need. Every plan is month to month, with a one-time $250 onboarding fee. Cleanup for books that are behind is quoted separately.

$250, one time, for onboarding: connecting your accounts, setting up your chart of accounts and getting ready for your first close.
Cleanup, if you need it, is quoted after a free File Health Check. I look at your actual file first, so the quote is based on your books, not a guess.
So a first month on Know Your Numbers, Plan Your Pay at the starting price, with current books, is $697 plus the $250 onboarding fee: $947. After that, $697 a month until you decide otherwise. Add-ons, if you need them, are added on top.
Because the monthly work is bookkeeping, priced like bookkeeping. What's different is who's doing it: a licensed CPA with 20+ years in corporate finance, including publicly traded companies held to SOX standards.
I don't prepare or file tax returns, so you'll keep your tax preparer. But I speak CPA, which means far less back-and-forth at tax time. Your books are reconciled, the right items are flagged, and everything is ready to hand off.
